Welcome

 

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with my  office in South Windsor. My main focus is helping couples, families and individuals unlock solutions to challenging problems.

 

A major influence on my practice is Carl Roger's concept of unconditional positive regard. A crucial element of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. The therapist's job is to be fully present and listen in a non-judgmental fashion. People need to be empowered to find solutions, not to be criticized for their problems.
